This Oleous Resin Based Sealant Suitable For Hand Made Terracottas, Has Been Developed To Eliminate The Use Of Wax On Hand Made Terracottas, Making Your Terracotta A Lot Less Labour Intensive On Maintenance And Up Keep. The Resin Topcoat Works As The Final Seal, Also Intensifying The Colours Within The Terracotta, Whilst Sealing The Surface Stopping It From Absorbing Daily Grime And Hot Fat Spillages.

The Joy Of The Resin Topcoat Is That After Sealing Your Terracotta, General Maintenance Is All That Is Needed, Sweeping And Moping With Mild Detergents. There’s No Getting Down On Your Knees Every 6 Weeks To Strip & Replace The Wax. No Need To Worry About Spilling Hot Coffee Or Fat Onto Your Floor, As The Sealant Will Protect Your Floor Against This. A Quick Wipe With A Damp Cloth And It Has Gone, With NO Staining To Your Floor.

All That Is Needed Is Every 18 Months > 5 Years+ (dependant on the traffic) Is A Good Clean, Making Sure That Any Un Wanted Stains/ Marks And All Dust And Hairs Are Removed, The Floor Is Then Left To Dry FULLY, Then A New Coat Of The Sealant Is Applied To The Surface, Left To Dry Over Night And Your Floor Will Be Safe To Walk On In The Morning (the sealant does not fully cure for 48 hours, so any furniture / heavy traffic is not recommended for this duration)
